What We Build
We don't just swap a board and call it custom. We build from lumber sourced for the job — hardwood, yellow-pine timbers, pre-cut pallet lumber or plywood, depending on what the load demands.
Two or three wood stringers running the length of the pallet with deck boards across the top. We cut to your exact dimensions, adjust board spacing for your product footprint, and specify lumber grade for your weight requirement.
Nine wooden blocks between the top and bottom deck give you four-way entry — any forklift, any pallet jack, any angle. Heavier and pricier than stringer, but the right call for high-movement warehouses and euro-pallet-compatible operations.
Sometimes you need walls and a lid — a box that keeps product from moving in freight. We build wooden crates, hand-built crates, shipping boxes and export crates to international standards. Small for parts, large for machinery.
Ask about a custom crate
Not every customer needs a finished pallet. Some need pre-cut pallet lumber, wholesale cut parts or quality cut stock to run through their own pallet machine on-site. Tell us the dimensions, volume and species — we'll cut it and deliver.
